Check API, worker and UI readiness independently. The API verifies a database query; worker readiness verifies its database access. The UI serves its public runtime configuration and static assets. Separate HTTPS routing and browser sign-in must also work.

Worker and schedules

The worker prepares private video uploads and claims due delivery jobs using database leases. Expired preparation can be recovered. Publishing claims cross a durable boundary before public provider calls; unknown outcomes become Uncertain rather than automatically republishing. Keep the worker running with the same version and secret as the API. Review per-account results when a group is Partial or Failed. Do not modify queue rows manually or restart a publishing operation merely because a response was lost.

Migrations and upgrades

The API applies migrations on startup under a database advisory lock. Checksums prevent an altered historical migration from being accepted. Resolve a migration error from a verified backup and the correct release; do not edit migration records to suppress it.

Operator account recovery

Use a private operator shell in the API container:
The command issues a short-lived private recovery link for an existing active account. It does not reveal a password. Share the link only with that account’s owner. API startup and recovery logs may contain credentials; remove them before sharing diagnostic output. See backup and recovery, upgrades and troubleshooting for the corresponding procedures.
